Wine: Check out our Cavas, our Vino Tintos including a selection Temperinillos, and our Vino Blancos featuring several fine Txakolinas. Many are available exclusively at Bar Pintxo.

Jamon: We carry three types; Serrano, Iberico, and the finest jamon, Bellota.

Aceitunas:  Our Spanish olive selection is among the best in the world. Obregon, Cacerna and Manzanilla are blended with our Adams Ranch olives (Los Olivos, CA). 

Artisinal Cheese: Valdeon, a blue cheese, wrapped in sycamore leaves. A pleasingly pungent flavor, without being overpowering. Manchego, aged 60 days or more is perfect for cooking, or try it with slices of Membrillo, a quince paste. Idiazabal, a smoked sheep’s milk cheese, has a nutty, buttery flavor, and can also be paired with Membrillo.

Spanish olive oil:  As the world's leading producer of olive oil, Spain markets many high quality extra-virgin olive oils. Ybarra and Carbonell are two of Spain's esteemed dealers.  We offer both for purchase in our retail section at Bar Pintxo.

Valencian Rice:  Round-grained and slightly sticky, Valencian Rice is grown in the farm regions of Cullera and Sueca, and is the basis for authentic Spanish Paella.
